We have worked with L&D Eco on a number of projects and have recommended Laurian to friends and family alike. Everyone has been impressed by the quality of his company’s work as well as Laurian’s commitment to the job and determination to always ensure an efficient and cost-effective completion.
As you can see from the photographs, L&D took our aging, cold, terraced house in Dublin 3 and modernised it to a safe and comfortable standard, all the while elevating the BER to a B3 rating. Laurian also gave us the gift of a garden – he engineered a way through the house for a machine to dig it out and rid it of years of debris, before landscaping it just as we requested.
I am not sure that anyone else could have or would have done the job that L&D Eco did. We will always be grateful and cannot recommend Laurian highly enough.
