The Job, that started in April, took close to 3 ½ months to total for the consumers who’s assets is positioned close to the occupied Sloane Sq. and York Street region. The venture observed us make a new roof terrace that was risk-free for their kids to get pleasure from!
We put in a brand name new roof terrace which include the alternative of the railings, new decking, lighting and electrics. We also took charge and arrangements of the whole organizing permission and the Building management indicator off.
The comprehensive challenge expense was around £10k-£30k
The client was exceptionally content and the children appreciate their new & risk-free exterior terrace place.
